Cleanliness and Handling Procedures

All parts must be handled cleanly with new fresh lint-free gloves at each stage in order to achieve UHV conditions. No hydrocarbon contamination, including any fingerprints, will be permitted. The parts must be protected from excessive atmospheric humidity or moisture by sealing in clean dry plastic bags at each stage during storage.
